Pax
Christi, which is Latin for "Peace of Christ", is the international
Catholic peace movement. For a brief history of Pax Christi click here
Pax
Christi - Austin is the central Texas chapter of Pax Christi Texas,
which is a member of Pax Christi USA, which is a section of Pax Christi
International.
Pax Christi - Austin
has adopted the Pax Christi USA Statement of Purpose as our guiding
principles as well as the four main Priority Areas of Pax Christi USA,
which are:
- Spirituality
of Nonviolence and Peacemaking
- Disarmament,
Demilitarization and Reconciliation with Justice
- Economic and
Interracial Justice in the United States
- Human Rights
and Global Restoration

meets at 7:00 pm on the 3rd Sunday of every month at Mang House on the
St. Edwards University campus. Click

Our meetings are
open to the public & peace loving people of all faiths and denominations
are welcome.
